Q: How many products and accessories do you receive?
A: You typically get around 7 – 10 products and accessories or more. We also include a limited edition HotBox Logo T shirt and many times have additional apparel from partners.
Q: What kind of products and accessories do you receive?
A: We try and give out new things each Care Pack but it usually consists of products like grinders, nails, glass pipes, glass accessories, odor proof containers, non-stick containers, vaporizer pens, water pipes, heady glass pendants, odor eliminators, rolling papers, lighters, dabbers and much more.
Q: Is this a subscription service?
A: No, this is not a subscription. Limited Care Packs are 1-time purchases and do not have reoccurring payments. You will never be charged again after you purchase your Care Pack, unless you buy another.
Q: When do Care Packs ship?
A: We typically ship out Care Packs about 4-5 days prior to each Special Occasion so we can make sure you receive it on time. Often, members receive their Care Packs before the Special Occasion. You receive tracking as soon as we ship your Care Pack. *via email from stamps.com
Q: How do you ship Care Packs?
A: We ship 2-Day Priority USPS in discreet flat rate boxes with tracking. No one will know what you are receiving, HotBox branding is NOT on the box.
Q: How much will all of the products combined be worth?
A: Our goal is to give you at minimum $200 worth of products and accessories or more. We go by the current retail price of each item at the time we receive it.
Q: How do we know what products to send you?
A: Once you purchase your Limited Care pack, we will send you a profiler to fill out so we can pack your Care Pack accordingly. There are times when we can not meet every single request however we always make sure to send useful and valuable products.
Q: Why do we have to RSVP?
A: Limited Care Packs are….. limited. In order to provide a more personable service for our HotBox Members we use an RSVP system in order to initiate contact and make sure you know we are here for support. RSVP is on a first come, first serve basis. WE DO NOT HOLD MEMBERSHIPS.
Q: Does RSVP mean I am reserved a Care pack?
A: The RSVP is to have an invoice for payment sent to you. If you do not pay for a Care Pack, you will not receive one. It is on a first come, first serve basis and can sell out extremely fast. Please pay as soon as you receive your invoice or you risk being left out.
Q: Can we hold a Membership until you get paid next week?
A: WE DO NOT HOLD MEMBERSHIPS. Care Packs are available on a first come, first serve basis and are extremely limited.
