On Sunday March 15 from 11a – 6pm was the Denver Glass and Vape Show. This show features different companies, artists, and products from around the country. Some have been around for years, and some are brand new to the industry. The show was open to the public as long as you were 18 or older with a valid ID. HotBox went to the Glass and Vape Show to interview all the companies to find out more about them and their products.
What is Borobook you ask? Borobook is the best way to buy, sell, and trade glass on the internet. Borobook is named for glass, boro is short for borosilicate glass. Although not a social network, their logo looks similar and that is because glass buy/sell/trade began on Facebook. The problem with Facebook is the family and friends who are not involved in the industry, you may not want them seeing that stuff on their feed. Due to policies on websites such as Ebay and Amazon it hurts buying, selling and trading glass, that is where Borobook comes in. You can use the different fourms to search for different glass; scientific, glass repairs, glass recyclers, ect.
The glass on Borobook is trusted, and verified. Borobook does research into each glass company, making sure the glass is of quality. The one major way to verify a vendor gallery or glass artist, is to put a “Borobook Certified” logo on their page. This logo means that Borobook employees have contacted them, viewed pictures of studio, checking previous customers, all to make sure you don’t get scammed when buying glass, the guesswork is now removed! Before any post is ever live on Borobook, it needs to be appoved by a moderator/admin that way there is no scam postings.
